I first met my today’s guest when I took her class on herbal oil making and has been fascinated by her work ever since. Her name is Kami McBride.  

In 1995 Kami created Living Awareness Institute with the mission of helping to promote a culture of love and respect for the Earth. 

Over the past 30+ years she has been teaching and inspiring others how to use herbs in their daily lives for cooking, gardening, skin care, stress reduction and preventative health through her Women’s Wisdom curriculum and so much more.

Kami’s work is focused on sustainable wellness practices and revitalizing our relationship with the plant world.
