Have you ever wondered about the specifics of what makes plants so useful for us? There are many ways to experience herbal medicine. Sometimes we take more a spiritual approach, but today I want to invite you to take a closer looks at herbal constituents.
My guest is an amazing woman who makes this subject pretty exciting. Her name is Lisa Ganora. Lisa has been a traditional herbalist for more than 25 years and is an expert on the properties of phytochemical constituents in medicinal foods and herbs.
She is the Director of the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. Lisa has written several distance-learning courses, produced various visual curriculum materials, and published the textbook Herbal Constituents.
