Kami is a great teacher. In the past I have taken her courses.

In this course you’ll learn:

  • how to get the right proportions with your ingredients
  • why combining some teas creates more delicious and satisfying beverages
  • what are the nutritional basics of your teas and how much you should consume
  • how to turn your teas into other wonderful products (like herbal lemonade)
  • how you can help your family and friends to appreciate the science and art of herbal tea making
