What are your daily, weekly or seasonal rituals? My students mention Friday night dates, taxes, final exams. But what about the rituals for your health?
Last week I shared with you an interview about creating morning rituals. This week I’d like to take it a little deeper by following teachings from one of the oldest medical systems in the world, Ayurveda.
My today’s guest is Dr. Pratibha Shah, BAMS, MD (Ay), MPH, a leading Ayurveda expert with 25 plus years of practice.
Dr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Masters Degree in Ayurveda and Masters in Public Health.
She is a founder and president of Council for Ayurveda Research, Wholistic Health Alliance, Ayurvedic consultant at Well Life clinic.
Dr. Shah shares her passion for Ayurveda and presents the concepts in a very simple was so they are easily understood and implemented.
By the end of this episode, you’ll understand the basics of Ayurvedic health rituals and will be given an opportunity to take a quiz identifying your body type.
