Stress relief for busy students and professionals with Camille Freeman

Camille Freeman, MS, CNS, LDN is an herbalist, nutritionist, and physiologist.

She previously ran her own practice primarily working with clients on fertility, pregnancy and postpartum health. Today, teaching is Camille’s full-time job.

She is a lover of all things academic, having accumulated two master’s degrees (one in Herbal Medicine and another in Physiology & Biophysics).

Camille has been teaching in the Herbal Medicine program at the Maryland University for Integrative Health for a number of years. She is an associate professor in the Integrative Sciences department, where she teaches physiology, pathophysiology and other science-based topics to graduate students studying herbal medicine, nutrition and yoga.

I love how Camille integrates science and traditional wisdom in her teaching and practice and was very excited to invite her to speak about strategies for stress relief for busy students and professionals.
