Do you love to travel? I certainly do. But have you noticed that when you’re away, you often return home sick?
My today’s guest explains today why that is and what you could do to prevent this from happening next time.
Her name is Patricia Kyritsi Howell. Patricia has more than twenty years’ experience as a clinical herbalist and teacher. Her book, Medicinal Plants of the Southern Appalachians is one of the foremost resources on the topic of regional native plant medicines.
