A couple of months ago, I talked to you about my growing interest in wild crafting. Very soon after the interview on Wild medicine foraging went live, an email in my Inbox caught my attention.
Two herbalists and friends I’ve interviewed before, Rosalee de la Forêt and Emily Han, joined forces to write a wonderful new book, Wild Remedies: How to Forage Healing Foods and Craft Your Own Medicine. And I couldn’t wait with Rosalee about the new book.
Rosalee loves to inspire people to connect with nature and herbs in their everyday life. She is the best-selling author of the book Alchemy of Herbs: Transform Everyday Ingredients into Foods and Remedies that Heal.
Rosalee is the education director for LearningHerbs – she is the author of several great online courses including Taste of Herbs, Herbal Cold Care and Apothecary. Rosalee is a registered herbalist with the American Herbalists Guild.
